本项目位于兴北路两侧区域,东至岭舵道西绿地,南面紧邻河道西至幼儿园地块,北至居住区服务设施带,用地规划面积约为79.6亩。基地北部有刘家湾安置房,东部为舵岱花苑安置小区、中颢花园及城北保障房,南部有城北中学和普陀客运中心。

3.Traffic Conditions

The surrounding area and the venue are mainly composed of four types of roads. Haitian Avenue and Xingpu Avenue are high-speed roads and are the main roads that cross the east and west of the base. Shenlu Highway and National Highway 329 are used as traffic arterial roads, which are divided into north-south-oriented and east-facing bases and closely connected with the base.
