东港中颢商务大厦招商项目


项目坐落城北片D-17地块,A、B、C幢大楼组成,A幢地上14层,设计用途为商务办公;B幢地上十四层,设计用途为宾馆;C幢地上四层,设计用途为商业。总建筑面积面积41125.10平方米,其中地上33554.63平方米,地下室7570.47平方米(不包括A幢601、602、603、604、605、606室房屋的1016.72平方米)。

Donggang Zhonghao Business Building Investment Project


The project is located in Block D-17 of Chengbei Plot, Blocks A, B, and C. It consists of 14 floors above Building A, designed for commercial use, 14 floors above Building B, designed for use in hotels, and four floors above C. Use for business. Donggang Villa Project


The Donggang Villa project is located in the East Block E-2-14 Donggangshanzhuang block of Donggang. The project covers an area of 32 mu (including the hotel covers an area of about 7.5 mu).
