项目坐落城北片D－17地块，A、B、C幢大楼组成，A幢地上14层，设计用途为商务办公；B幢地上十四层，设计用途为宾馆；C幢地上四层，设计用途为商业。总建筑面积面积41125.10平方米，其中地上33554.63平方米，地下室7570.47平方米（不包括A幢601、602、603、604、605、606室房屋的1016.72平方米）。
目前，该项目屋面已结顶，主体结构验收通过并完成外墙保温及粉刷施工，拟二次招商。
Donggang Zhonghao Business Building Investment Project

目前该项目中的别墅区和公寓楼已基本建成，尚剩外墙涂料、门窗工程、水电内部安装、景观附属及水、电、煤、通讯等配套工程。产权式酒店已完成地上二层结构，拟二次招商。

The Donggang Villa project is located in the East Block E-2-14 Donggangshanzhuang block of Donggang. The project covers an area of 32 mu (including the hotel covers an area of about 7.5 mu). 该项目大酒店共24层，建筑面积为29601.03平方米。地下室和半地下室都不计容积率。其中地下室面积为16997.98平方米，主要功能为停车。半地下室面积为18046.07平方米，主要功能为商业，其中约5000平方米左右为临街商铺。
