1.项目位置
西近庙子湖岛，略乘长形，南北走向，长2.45公里，宽0.8公里，陆域面积1.41平方公里，滩地面积2.37平方公里，海岸线长10.5公里，最高点黄胖老山海拔131.6米。
2.资源优势
该岛草青花盛，春夏季一片葱绿，且四周海域海水靛青，当地人又称海边为浜，故名青浜岛。
本项目利用二战著名事件“里斯本丸”沉船事件和东极旅游资源，在青浜岛建设“里斯本丸”沉船历史文化设施，延伸文化旅游产品，开发海底沉船探秘游项目等。
3.交通条件
沈家门半升洞码头至东极庙子湖8：30发船，11：00返程，一天一个班次；庙子湖至青浜至东福山，每天7：30、11：00从庙子湖发船，8：30、12：00从东福山发船，中途停靠青浜。

拟打造“东极‘里斯本丸号’海上 纪念馆”文化旅游综合体项目。

2.Resource advantage
The island is green and flourishing, it is green in spring and summer, and it is surrounded by sea water and indigo, the locals also call the seaside is called a creek, so it's called Qingbang Island.
3.Traffic conditions
Shenjiamen Banshengdong quay to the 8:30 boat Dongji Miaozihu Island, 11:00 return, there is only one flight in a day; Miaozihu Island to Qingbang Island to Dongfushan Island, every day at 7:30, 11:00 from Miaozihu Island ship, at 8:30 and 12:00 from Dongfushan Island, stopover of Qingbang Island.

It plans to build Dongji “Lisbon Maru” Maritime Museum Cultural Tourism Complex Project.
