园区已拥有国家级海洋生物制品制备全技术链产业公共服务平台，建立了国内唯一的中国人民解放军总医院（301医院）科研成果产业化合作平台。

The park already has a state-level public service platform for the production of all kinds of marine biological products, and has established the only industrial cooperation platform for scientific research achievements of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital(301 Hospital) in China.
